Re!gnite Africa (RA) is a young adults-focused social enterprise and advocacy organization that works with young people and like-minded organizations to tackle one of the greatest challenges of our time – unemployment and its effects on today’s generation. The organization nurtures youths’ abilities by creating and connecting them to opportunities that help to maximize their potential. RA grooms young people into fully-fledged young professionals, leaders and advocates who create their own opportunities and push for better policies for them and their communities. RA uses a practice, advocacy, and learning approach to innovatively;

CREATE pre-employment modules and conduct trainings,
CONNECT young adults in the formal and informal sector to apprenticeship and job opportunities,
COACH and upskill young leaders in leadership and advocacy,
and COLLABORATES with them and other actors to advocate for formulation and implementation of policies that emphasize creating opportunities for young people and amplifies their voices.

To achieve these, RA invests in transformational programming that centers on individual and group assessments, practical/on-the-job learning, mentorship, and reflection in each of our activities.

Re!gnite Africa was officially registered as a not-for-profit organization in March 2016, with its main offices located in Kampala, Uganda.
