Re!gnite Africa (RA) is a young adults-focused not-for-profit organization tackling the employment challenge in Uganda. The organization supports un/underemployed young adults to learn soft and practical skills, get good jobs, and learn leadership and advocacy skills to tackle social issues in their communities. The organization nurtures youths’ abilities by creating and connecting them to opportunities that help to maximize their potential. RA uses a practice, advocacy, and learning approach to innovatively;

  • CREATE pre-employment modules and conduct soft and practical skills’ trainings,
  • CONNECT young adults in the formal and informal sector to apprenticeship and job opportunities,
  • COACH and upskill young leaders in leadership and advocacy,
  • and COLLABORATES with them and other actors to advocate for the formulation and implementation of policies that emphasize creating livelihood and economic wellbeing opportunities for young people, and amplifies their voices.

Re!gnite Africa is officially registered as a not-for-profit organization in March 2016, with its main offices located in Kampala, Uganda.
